We believe that it is in our best interest to treat others as we want to be treated. For this reason, it is our policy not to make money unless we first make money for our clients.
- We only charge a percentage of the collected rent.
- We charge no other fees.
- Owner pays expenses related to upkeep of property or can make repairs on their own if desired.
- Any late fees or recaptured deposits are passed along to the owner as income.
- We do not hold reserves.
- We can set dollar limits on how much a repair has to be before we contact the owner for approval.

- Perform complete accounting for your investment to insure maximum return and optimum tax benefit.
